Key Responsibilities
You will perform and manage transfer pricing engagements for Singapore, under the mentorship of and guidance from the Partner & Directors based in Singapore. You can look forward to growing your career exposure by working with a quality firm.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage transfer pricing engagements, overseeing a portfolio of clients and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of services.
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value to clients and the firm.
- Support business development and practice development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and expanding existing client engagements.
- Clearly and effectively communicate transfer pricing concepts, both verbally and in writing, translating complex technical matters into concise, practical insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Simplify complex information by highlighting key issues, summarising critical points, and providing clear recommendations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams by coaching team members, recognising individual strengths, and encouraging ownership of personal and professional development.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department and organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Accountancy, or related discipline; relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 56 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience in a public accounting firm.
- Hands-on experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking studies, and supporting tax enquiries.
- Experience in project management and supervising or mentoring junior team members.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and lead a team of like-minded professionals.
- Sound judgement with the ability to identify and assess risk issues, and to escalate matters appropriately when required.
- Strong drive and enthusiasm for client service excellence, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Accredited Tax Professional will be an advantage.
