Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy Execution and Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and track strategic, financial, and capability outcomes of Group learning and capability initiatives
- Develop management reports, dashboards, and insights to support governance and decision‑making
Diagnostic, Solution Design, and Problem Solving
- Perform diagnostic assessments on learning and capability initiatives based on execution progress, adoption, and effectiveness
- Lead solution ideation with HR and business stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Translate business and workforce needs into integrated learning and capability solutions
Data‑Driven Analysis and Insights
- Conduct deep‑dive quantitative and qualitative analysis on learning effectiveness, capability uplift, and workforce readiness
- Identify root causes, assess impact, and recommend mitigation actions independently
Learning Transformation Enablement
- Support the design and enhancement of learning strategies, frameworks, policies, and systems
- Ensure learning initiatives are delivered in a consistent, scalable, and value‑focused manner across the Group
Tracking, Governance, and Continuous Improvement
- Track improvement action plans and initiative milestones
- Support regular reviews of objectives, outcomes, and alignment to Group strategy and values
- Promote a continuous improvement mindset across learning and capability programmes
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, HR leadership, and business units to ensure alignment and coordinated execution
- Act as a connector across Group Human Capital, Maybank Academy, and the business
Reporting and Executive Communication
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, visual reports, dashboards, and concept papers for senior management and governance forums
Requirement:
- Solid experience in transformation, change management, organisational development, learning strategy, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field
- Experience in large, complex organisations is an advantage (financial services experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business analytics, data interpretation, and Excel
- Hands‑on experience with change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to structure complex problems and translate insights into practical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

- Well‑organised and able to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
