Job Description: Transformation Specialist

Role Overview

As a Transformation Specialist, you are the bridge between ambitious business visions and tangible technological execution. You will act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, leveraging your deep industry expertise and Big 4 consulting rigor to navigate complex digital landscapes. Your mission is to understand a client's core business objectives and translate them into a high-impact roadmap, working closely with Noventiq's Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted partner to CxOs. You will build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring Noventiq is viewed as a strategic ally rather than just a vendor.
  • Strategic Discovery: Lead deep-dive sessions to uncover customer business objectives, pain points, and market opportunities.
  • Solution Translation: Convert high-level business requirements into comprehensive technology strategies. You don't just sell productsyou architect transformations.
  • Collaboration with CoE: Work hand-in-hand with Noventiq's Centers of Excellence to ensure technical designs align perfectly with the promised business outcomes.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Apply your deep domain knowledge (e.g., FSI, Manufacturing, Retail) to provide benchmarks, trends, and competitive insights to clients.
  • High-Stakes Presentation: Create and deliver compelling business cases and transformation pitches that resonate at the board level.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 810 years in strategic consulting or business transformation roles.
  • Background: Proven track record within a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a top-tier strategy boutique is highly preferred.
  • Industry Expertise: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one major vertical market.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a significant advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a challenger mindset.
