Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Transition Management:

  • Lead selected transitions, including setup of centralized services for clients.
  • Lead RDC scope onboarding with local offices (existing clients) or new global clients.
  • Organize kick-off calls and conduct training/knowledge transfer sessions with local offices or new clients.
  • Request client systems user access for RDC team members.
  • Perform time-motion studies for RDC processes when required.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing interdependencies across projects.
  • Oversee stabilization period quality measures before project closure.

Process & System Setup:

  • Work with Enate Configuration team to set up RDC Enate scheduled tasks and create email aliases. Enate is a workflow orchestration and automation platform designed to help organizations manage operations
  • Work out As-Is and To-Be process maps for RDC scopes.

Methodology Development:

  • Enhance transition governance, risk management, planning tools, templates, and reporting.
  • Drive standardization and best practice sharing across all RDCs.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT, Facilities) to ensure readiness for onboarding and service migration.
  • Manage communication and change initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Risk & Issue Management:

  • Identify and mitigate risks from project initiation through completion.
  • Track progress, resolve issues promptly, and implement corrective actions.

Financial & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor project expenditure and support benefit realization tracking.
  • Review outcomes of migration waves to improve timelines, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Requirement

  • Proven experience in transition or migration project management within a shared services or outsourcing environment
  • .Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred)
  • .Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills
  • .Ability to manage organizationally complex projects across multiple geographies
  • .Familiarity with RPA, digital transformation, and process optimization is a plus
  • .Proficient in project planning tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar)
