Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional Mandarin–English interpretation between customers and relevant parties.
• Interpret conversations clearly while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and context.
• Listen attentively and communicate information accurately in both Mandarin and English.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and service quality.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and performance requirements.
• Ensure a professional and distraction-free environment while working from home.

Requirements

• C1/C2 level English proficiency
• Native Mandarin speaker
• Must be able to speak, read, and write Mandarin Chinese fluently.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Must be willing and able to work permanent night shifts.
