Responsibilities

  • Ensure day to day activities are coordinated based on the site cut-off and
    customer order CRDD dates.
  • Special focus will be placed on shipments classified as critical. This includes Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments, impact to production/ITP or any customer's specific request.
  • Establish and maintain communication channels with customer's LOM & other stakeholders as agreed by the customer's site logistics team.
  • Able to work closely and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to understand and provide the best transportation solution
  • In the event of critical and urgent issues such as TPT failure or factory lines down situation, Site-Operations is expected to provide 24x7 coverage for real-time communication and close follow-up until issue is resolve
  • Support all business continuity plan scenarios by providing regular updates o n shipments until the crisis is over.
  • Provide proactive engagement with stakeholders on any exceptions tracking, damage reporting, logistics training and irregularities.
  • Provide reports as required to stakeholders within the agreed frequency and timeline.
  • Manage and maintain working procedures in alignment with the SOW and SLG in agreement with customer.
  • Maintain high level of training in transportation operation and will be able to provide cross-site training between the ATML sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in field of Logistics, Transportation and International Freight management or other related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience in field of Logistics, Transportation and
    International Freight Operations ( Air/Sea/Courier/Land) Operations in
    Technology Sector.
  • Working experiences in 4PL environment, Key Account Management, and Program will be an advantage.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills, training skills.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good meeting facilitation skills, communicate and effectively work with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Digital skills in spread sheets and word processing for tracking, analysing and
    communicating related data.
  • Ability to input and manipulate data and create reports, as required in a timely fashion. OTM/SAP skills are added advantage.
