Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Safety Officer located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Transport Safety Officer will be responsible for:

Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments on vehicles, drivers, and facilities.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to drivers and staff.

Ensure compliance with road transport regulations, OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) standards, and company policies.

Maintain proper safety records, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health
• Experience with Accident Investigation and Security protocols
• Ability to provide effective Safety Training
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in Health & Safety are a plus
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
