Transportation Analyst

Location: Oasis Square, Petaling Jaya

Salary: RM6,500 – RM7,500 per month

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days WFO, 2 days WFH)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Transportation Analyst to support international transportation, logistics operations and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance and transportation analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage international transportation operations across Air, Ocean and Land shipments.
• Coordinate import/export activities, customs clearance and trade compliance requirements.
• Monitor shipment status, delivery schedules and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers and other logistics partners.
• Maintain transportation master data and operational records in SAP S4/HANA.
• Perform freight invoice audits, cost verification and payment settlements.
• Prepare transportation reports, analyse logistics performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, warehouses, procurement and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, trade operations or supply chain management.
• Hands-on experience in international transportation and freight forwarding.
• Good knowledge of import/export customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Experience using SAP S4/HANA or other SAP ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in freight invoice auditing, transportation cost analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
