Job Description :
You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.
- Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
- Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications :
- Prioritizing Korean Native
- Proficient in Korean language
-Non-native speakers must possess TOPIK Level 5 or above, or
-Have graduated from a Korean university or majored in Korean language
- Good English communication will be advantage for this position.
- Able to relocate to Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)
Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)
