Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, based in Damansara. Key responsibilities include providing tailored travel consultation, managing travel arrangements, processing reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service at all stages of the travel planning process. The consultant will also work closely with clients to meet their unique travel needs and exceed their expectations through professional and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with global travel destinations, travel operations, and booking systems
• Proficiency in relevant travel software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Travel or Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
