A Snapshot of Your Role

Step into Treasury & Corporate Finance, Asia Pacific and China (TCF AP&CN), and play a key role in powering Siemens Energy's business across Asia through integrated, fit-for-purpose TCF solutions under our global governance framework.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Support banking infrastructure activities including client onboarding, KYC, bank account and authorization set-ups, and provide advisory and troubleshooting on banking and payment matters, while monitoring regulatory and bank product developments
• Manage cash and bank facilities by monitoring cash balances, performing cash dispositioning, negotiating credit facilities to support business growth, tracking liquidity, and managing the regional cash pool
• Execute, confirm, settle, and reconcile money market trades, and facilitate related interest accrual
• Confirm, settle, and reconcile FX trades, and support mark-to-market processes
• Help ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Siemens Energy standards, monitor relevant limits, support training and communication efforts, and maintain proper record-keeping, transparency, and internal controls to facilitate audits
• Contribute to process optimization, digitization initiatives, and the implementation of TCF solutions during company set-up, integration, or divestment activities
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Over 3 years of experience in corporate treasury, ideally within a multinational company environment
• Strong communication skills in business English and Chinese, given the role's regular engagement with the China market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI assistants such as ChatGPT
• Experience implementing digitalization solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, or Copilot Agent Studio would be an advantage
• A collaborative team player with strong ownership, learning agility, and analytical and problem-solving skills
