Job Description

Job Summary

  • Provides vital support to the Treasury Sales Team by handling various administrative, reporting, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Ensures the smooth operation of treasury non-dealing sales activities by maintaining accurate financial records & reporting
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational and control functions within the Treasury Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of treasury records and reports.
  • Checking in with manager or person in charge to ensure accuracy and quality of records and reports.
  • Assist with the preparation and response to audit inquiries related to treasury sales operations.
  • Assist in documentary evidence checking for FX transactions under BNM Foreign Exchange Policy and Minimum Due Diligence Guide.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy within timeline.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all treasury sales documentation and correspondence.
  • Support ad hoc projects and data analysis as required.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive customer and financial information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fresh graduates as well as candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage
