DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Monitor bank balances, cash movements, and fund utilisation.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide timely updates to Management.
- Liaise with banks on account matters, documentation, and financing facilities.
- Monitor loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest charges.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risks; highlight potential issues.
- Execute hedging and prepare hedge effectiveness monitoring report.
- Prepare treasury reports, review bank reconciliations, and related schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain proper treasury documentation and support process improvements.
- To involve and assist in duties assigned from time to time by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess qualification in Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in treasury is recommended.
- Possess good communication and inter-personal skills, able to connect with personalities at various management levels.
- Meticulous and able to handle challenges with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Industry experience within FMCG industry will be most welcome.
- Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah / Shah Alam, Selangor.
