Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Monitor bank balances, cash movements, and fund utilisation.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide timely updates to Management.
  • Liaise with banks on account matters, documentation, and financing facilities.
  • Monitor loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest charges.
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposure and interest rate risks; highlight potential issues.
  • Execute hedging and prepare hedge effectiveness monitoring report.
  • Prepare treasury reports, review bank reconciliations, and related schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain proper treasury documentation and support process improvements.
  • To involve and assist in duties assigned from time to time by the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess qualification in Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in treasury is recommended.
  • Possess good communication and inter-personal skills, able to connect with personalities at various management levels.
  • Meticulous and able to handle challenges with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Industry experience within FMCG industry will be most welcome.
  • Must be willing to be based in Pulau Indah / Shah Alam, Selangor.
