About the Role

As a Treasury Supervisor leads the fund operations team, ensures smooth daily cash and fund operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fund and cash management operations
• Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules
• Monitor liquidity, cash positions, and fund allocations
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management
• Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the fund operations team
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in financial industry.
• Strong understanding of cash management, fund operations, and regulatory compliance
• Proficient in treasury systems and advanced Excel
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese for stakeholder communication
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
