About the role:

We are looking for energetic professionals to host interactive trial sessions for students and parents while driving course enrollments through a blend of teaching, consultation, and sales.

This is a 100% freelance position designed to run seamlessly after your main job, making it the ultimate high-reward side hustle to boost your income with an attractive bonus structure.

Key highlights:

Commitment: Min. 18 hours/week (remote flexible schedule).
Operating Hours: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Malaysia Time on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Malaysia Time on weekend
Pay: Per-class fee + attractive bonus structure (your main income)
No Cold Calling: Leads are provided, no need to find your own customers.

What you'll do:

Conduct engaging trial classes for children aged 5–17, together with their parents.
Deliver interactive coding, digital literacy, and creative activities based on our academic curriculum.
Understand each family's learning goals and recommend the most suitable programs.
Drive course enrollment through consultative conversations, clearly communicating course benefits, outcomes, and structure.
Address parent questions and concerns, build trust, and support the enrollment journey through follow-up when needed.
Maintain accurate records of trial sessions, parent feedback, and conversion performance.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both children and parents.
Fluent English; Bahasa Melayu proficiency and familiarity with the Malaysia market are preferred.
Remote-work readiness, including a reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection (important).
