Key Accountabilities
- Execution of a local trial plan.
- Planning and organization of screening trials in cooperation with Breeding and Sales, including selection of external screening locations and organization of seed samples.
- Administration, collection and evaluation of trial data in Enza Zaden administration systems and formats.
- Responsible for following the relevant protocols of the 3rd parties in order to guarantee local quality and phytosanitary compliance of the trials.
- Timely reporting of results of research and commercial variety trials to various stakeholders within the Commercial and Breeding organization.
Main internal contacts
- Breeding teams, Supply Chain team - Obtain seeds for external trials. Exchange information, align on trial locations, report results of trials.
- Sales team - Exchange information, align on growers, report results of trials
Minimum working and thinking level
Advanced secondary vocational level (MBO+, Associate's degree)
Minimum Years Of Relevant Work Experience
3 to 5 years
Required Certifications, Knowledge And Skills
- Knowledge of the assigned crop
- Affinity with crop cultivation
- Affinity with growers
- Computer skills
- Proficient in the local language, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- Mandarin language is an added value
