Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive interpretation services in Korean, English and Bahasa Malaysia for the Korean visitors from HQ and expatriates. (Additional Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.)
- Accompany the visitors/expatriates on business trips within Malaysia to facilitate communication with local branch managers and associates during meetings and conferences.
- Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of translated materials and transcripts.
- Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum language proficiency level of TOPIK 4 or 5 in Korean.
- Contract 6 months and renewable or convert to Permanent.
- Preferred 3-5 Years of Related Industry Experience (Interpreter).
- Encourage freelancers to apply due to temporary support.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Adaptable and resourceful personality.
- Business Insight and Acumen: Essential for organizational understanding.
- Desirable Experience in Korea (Study or Work).
- Having experience in interpreting/translating in the IT, Finance, Legal, HR, Business, Logistics, Marketing, R&D or Product industry is a plus.
