Host LIVE streams on online platform like Tiktok Shop while showcasing our products and engaging with customers in a dynamic and interactive way.
Monitor product inventory and sales trends to inform your LIVE stream content and recommendations.
Respond to customer questions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of your LIVE streams, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
Fluent Bahasa Malaysia speaking is a requirement for this role.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or live shopping presentations is preferred.
Capable of clearly presenting product selling points, displaying products, sharing reviews and personal experiences, and effectively interacting and engaging with the audience
Comfortable with using technology and broadcasting equipment.
Good presentation, public speaking and sales skills
Exhibits confidence in front of the camera
Willing to learn, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure to meet dateline and targets
Willingness to work during off-work hours (including weekend and holiday if necessary).
