Work Schedule: 9 Hours- Normal Day Working Hours (5 days per week)
Description
We are seeking a UAT Software Manual Tester with experience in the banking/ fintech payments domain to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will ensure that our payment applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality before deployment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases for UAT of banking payment applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects in the testing process.
- Participate in UAT meetings and provide feedback on the application's performance and usability.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and quality standards during testing.
- Report testing progress and results to project management.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in software testing, specifically in UAT or manual testing.
- Knowledge of Banking/ Fintech payment systems and processes.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
