Test Planning & Strategy
Support the Project Manager/Project Owner/Business Analyst in execution of testing activities
Develop test plans, cases, and scripts based on FSD and SOW requirements
Define testing scope, objectives and timelines aligned with project deliverables
Testing and Validation
Prepare and execute test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure end-to-end solution meets the business requirements.
Engage stakeholders to understand testing criteria and business expectations; coordinate with teams to ensure system readiness.
Assist in issue resolution, track defects, and follow up with relevant parties to ensure closure within agreed timelines; complete all sign-off documentation.
Change Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and testing expectations.
Provide training support and documentation for testing-related activities.
Help stakeholders adapt to new systems and processes during testing phases.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 6 years experience in medium to large-scale or enterprise-level projects, with strong exposure to software testing.
Proven experience in LOS or banking systems preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and evolving requirements.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality and value.
Leadership and ownership of responsibilities.
