WHO WE BELIEVE YOU ARE

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a UX Designer at Configura, you will help shape the future of our products and services by ensuring the best possible user experience. You will investigate and define user needs, work with a cross-functional team to gather requirements and user feedback, and design intuitive user interfaces.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Investigate and define requirements based on user needs.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
• Create high fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Work with a global team of UX Designers to utilize the existing design system, and support in its continuous development.
• Define and track goals and measure the impact of solutions to drive continuous improvement.
• Support product strategy teams and stakeholders in adopting a design-driven approach by facilitating workshops and encouraging design thinking.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline in design or behavioral science.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a product company.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Familiar with different workshop methods and experienced in facilitating workshops.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience working B2B with complex design challenges is a plus.[
