Take broad conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable
Develop design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch
User research- knowing how to combine data analytics and customer feedback to understand the context and definition of the problem
Creating prototypes and validating them with customers- youll need to be able to create interactive prototypes on your own
Present your work (from sketches to final design) and articulate your design decisions to the design team, product team, and executives for review and feedback
Requirements
5+ years proven experience as a UX Designer and experience working directly with engineering teams
Have portfolio or online examples that client can review
Highly developed communication skills frequently leading meetings with product/engineering or sales
Experience with UX/UI and visual designs for web and mobile applications Technologies and Software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite
Proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Previous experience designing mobile or web for banks and financials services
