Responsibilities:
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer (Web) who will be responsible for designing responsive and user-friendly web experiences. You will work mainly on our web platform, collaborating closely with our UI/UX designer, developers, and other stakeholders. While guidance will be available, you are expected to work independently on day-to-day design tasks and make thoughtful design decisions at your level of experience.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive web interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines, accessibility basics, and responsive best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including the mobile team, to ensure web content and features align with overall product objectives and user experience standards.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and the project team.
- Keep up to date with web design trends, UI/UX best practices, and relevant technologies.
Qualifications
Must have:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience (web-focused).
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Proven experience designing responsive websites.
- Good understanding of UI fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, color use.
- Portfolio showcasing responsive web projects.
- Experience with basic research, user testing, or feedback sessions.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with component libraries or design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how design choices affect feasibility.
- Awareness of WCAG accessibility basics.
- Exposure to healthcare web products.
Soft skills:

Education
BS/BA degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline OR relevant years of experience in required skills.
