MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling experiences across our web and mobile products. You'll partner with product and engineering to turn requirements into polished, user-centered designs and design systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile applications.
• Create and maintain a consistent design system / component library for use across Vue web and Flutter mobile apps.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate findings into design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Frontend Engineers to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation.
• Produce interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and flows.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder, user, and analytics feedback.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (research → wireframes → high-fidelity UI).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and interaction design principles.
• Ability to create and maintain design specs/handoff documentation for engineers.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience designing for both Vue-based web apps and Flutter-based mobile apps.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with engineering.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Familiarity with motion/interaction prototyping (e.g., Figma smart animate, Principle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A strong eye for visual detail balanced with pragmatic, user-centered thinking.
