Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile applications.
- Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups using design tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement design solutions.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
- Preferred: Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design projects.
