UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into user-centred designs that enhance usability and drive engagement. You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively, and will play a key role in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all pf our products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure branding and theme are clearly communicated in the designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve overall usability and engagement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Requirements

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
