Job Summary
Our company is seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for:
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- UI Design: Design engaging and functional user interfaces, ensuring consistency across all platforms and adherence to brand guidelines.
- UX Strategy: Contribute to the overall UX strategy and product roadmap, translating business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to identify and address user experience issues.
- Design System Management: Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and competitive.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Proven Experience & Portfolio: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite).
- UI/UX Principles: In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Information Architecture: Strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
- Problem-Solving & Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Front End Development: Ability to perform Frontend Development in VueJS / ReactJS / React Native / Flutter is an added advantage.
