Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
Take lead on project implementation, develop a detailed project execution plan to monitor, track project site performance, determine potential risks and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
Monitoring daily site activities that includes co-ordination with contractors, sub-contractors, NSC, direct vendors and suppliers
Job Requirements
At least minimum 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in Interior Design for Commercial Office IT-out projects.
Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
Full-Time/ contract basis position(s) available.
In-depth knowledge of ISO specify relevant ISO standards standards.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCad (advantage).
Must have own transport
Proficient in Malay, English and Mandarin language
