Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Answer incoming call centre questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
  • Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data given
  • Verify new customers coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow up to verify that all questions are answered regarding customer policies
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing efforts to answer insurance product inquiries utilizing all the resources available
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Job Requirements

  • Minimum possess at least SPM level or above
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal, read, and type) are required
  • Willing to commit at 9am 6pm (9 hours work included 1 hour break)
  • Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Monday Friday)
  • Able to work in Petaling Jaya (fully on-site office, reachable by LRT)
  • Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft office)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervisory.
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
