Responsible for performing in-line, real-time process and product quality monitors, provide continuous feedback to facilitate process and product quality improvements and maintain high quality standards in manufacturing
To inspect, test the in-process product or assembled products according to inspection quality plan and quality acceptance specifications
Monitor process and operation compliance with relevant procedures and standards including 6s
Able to handle QC documentation, inspection report, documents, record/data are properly documented and maintained
Perform daily production and process audit according to the audit checklist, report the audit result and follow up with related PICs when detect deviation from standard
Assist Engineer on quality related matter and finish the assigned task;7) Daily quality issue troubleshooting and follow up
Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related technical field, assembly and semiconductor manufacturing is desirable.
Knowledge in Quality control tools, Measurement instrument (Scope, pull tester, etc).
Willing to work shift and overtime.
Verbal and written communication and personal interface skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
