Conceptualise, develop & execute objective driven Social Campaigns alongside high-quality visually appealing and engaging Creative Content for the brand across social channels, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok. Content deliverables include videos, photos, animations, GIFs, TikTok content & other design elements that will be used on online & offline marketing channels.
Produce content which includes video filming, video editing, photography, and content creation
Manage all social media platforms to grow our brand awareness, increase followers, improve engagement, and drive traffic
Manage production of content and ensure timelines are met from conceptualisation, assets delivery to post-production.
Manage and update the Company's online e-commerce platforms and website i.e Grab, Lazada, Beep IT , Wix
Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content and campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to continuously engage and grow our target audience.
Develop marketing strategies with the collaboration of sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objective
Assist external graphic designer in direction of graphic creation for ad-hocs project related to the Company's projects.
Assist in the planning and execution of on the ground marketing efforts such as catering events, pop up events and exhibitions.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, or a related field.
Possess a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
Proven experience in writing engaging ad copy.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines, multitask, and problem-solve with strong attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin.
