Job Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end process of EP and PVP permit renewal for expatriate employees.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.
- Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of expatriate employees, including visa and work permit documentation.
- Develop and update HR policies related to expatriate management and PVP permit renewal.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in expatriate management understanding of immigration laws including of EP& PVP permit renewal processes and staff disciplinary issues.
- Familiarity with HRIS and immigration management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
