Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks overseeing office procedures, and managing the day-to-day operations.
  • Manage administrative staff and handle any inquiries.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks among the team.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory ensuring that everything is in order
  • Facilitate the budgeting and financial planning of office activities
  • Delegation of resources and assisting in planning the operations for teams
  • Implement office policies and procedures, setting up SLA and SOP for compliance management in the office.
  • Oversee the internal hiring of the company, ensuring the headcount is always met for all the teams.
  • Attend meetings with upper management to report on office activities

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an Office Manager
  • 3-5 years working experience in a managerial position
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
