Job Description

Job Responsibility

Attend night service during the funeral site at bereaved family's premise or parlor.
Assist Service Consultant in servicing customer in the overall process and funeral arrangement.
Accompany members of bereavement family during funeral procession and provide all relevant and necessary assistant.
Carry out preparation of store and memorial ceremonyâs altar set up.
Handle store items return and cleaning funeral site area used for funeral service.
Handle customer enquiries on funeral service and Memorial Hall related issues.
Perform as Night Duty Officer after normal working hours.
Perform as professional service team during funeral procession service.
Perform as driver for operational functions and daily tasks.
Ensure cleanliness of company vehicle & store room controlling.
Any other ad hoc assignment as assigned by superior from time to time.
