Job Overview

We are looking for a female corporate sales professional to drive B2B sales, acquire new corporate clients, and manage existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills with a proven track record in corporate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into business.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions/services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations and follow up for closures.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain sales pipeline, client data and regular MIS reports.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or relevant field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, Business Development or Institutional Sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship and networking abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable with corporate meetings and field/business development activities.
• Female candidates preferred.
