- CRM: Support campaign management to reduce customer churn rate - scope includes execution, data management and analysis
- New User: Maintenance of in-app touchpoints to encourage new buyer acquisition
- Online Marketing: Assist ad campaign execution to boost Shopee's SOV and drive orders - scope involves copywriting, visual creation, and performance tracking and optimisation
- Weekly Competitor Tracking: Assist in competitor analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable with data, quantitative analysis and performance metrics Excel proficiency is a plus
- Self-motivated, fast learner with a proactive approach and end-to-end ownership of projects
- Thrives in a dynamic environment
- Commitment of 3-6 months - Full-time interns preferred
