About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented User Operations Associate to support product delivery and daily product operations. This role is suitable for candidates with 13 years of experience who are interested in fintech or crypto products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product initiatives from requirement stage to launch.
- Coordinate with Product, R&D, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documents, SOPs, user guides, announcements, and status updates.
- Support post-launch product operations and help track product performance and user feedback.
- Follow up on project progress, meeting action items, and internal communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines preferred.
- 13 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, or related fields.
- Experience in fintech, internet, payment, or cryptocurrency is a plus.
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Good attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Proficient in English; Chinese is a plus.
