Job Description
- Conducting outgoing calls to existing customer of the platform
- Help the users navigate the platform and resolve their issues
- Provide clear and friendly communication to ensure user satisfaction
- Educate users in platform features and how to make the most of it.
- Record interaction and feedback to help improve the platform
Qualifications
- fresh graduate are encouraged to apply, those with experience in customer services or support is a plus
- has confidence speaking in both Malay and English
- able to work in office 4 days a week, normal working hours 9am - 6pm
