Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Executive, located in Georgetown, Penang. The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, analyzing property market trends, and managing client relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate data records, liaising with government and regulatory bodies, and ensuring all valuations comply with professional and legal standards, and other adhoc duties relating to office matters

Key Qualities

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills required for property valuation and analysis
• Proficient in data management, report writing, and documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish professional client relationships
• Knowledge or experience with property market trends and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Valuation or a related field
• Proficiency with relevant software tools is an advantage
• Possessing own transportation.
