Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Executive at Jurunilai Bersekutu located in Alor Setar, Kedah. The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting real estate appraisals and valuations. They will also interact with clients, provide customer service, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Valuer: Experience or certification in real estate related fields
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills
• Real Estate Appraisal: Knowledge and experience in real estate appraisal
• Valuation: Proficiency in property valuation techniques
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Relevant Qualification: Degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, property management)
