About the role

VPC Alliance (Kajang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Valuation Executive to join our team in Kajang, Selangor.

The successful candidate will be involved in property valuation assignments, market research, site inspections, preparation of valuation reports and other related professional work. This position is suitable for someone with relevant valuation experience who is able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and collect relevant property information

• Carry out market research and analyse comparable property transactions

• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and supporting documentation

• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, property owners and other relevant parties where required

• Maintain proper records and documentation for valuation assignments

• Ensure assigned valuation work is completed accurately and within the required timeframe

• Support the valuation team in other related professional assignments when required

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Valuation, Real Estate, Estate Management, Property Management or a related field

• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant property valuation experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Good interpersonal and organisational skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Must possess a valid driving licence

• Own transport is preferred

• Willing to work on-site in Kajang, Selangor
