Position: Overseas Vehicle Road Test Engineer

Location: Malaysia (with international travel)

Headcount: 1

Experience Level: Junior to Mid-Level (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Vehicle Road Test Engineer to join our automotive testing projects in Malaysia and overseas.

The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and work in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle road tests and evaluate vehicle functions and performance.
Operate and test in-vehicle systems, smart devices, and automotive features.
Support Android-based system debugging using basic ADB commands.
Assist with OTA software updates, installation, and maintenance.
Record test results, identify issues, and provide feedback to the project team.
Follow testing procedures and safety guidelines.
Travel internationally for overseas testing assignments when required.

Requirements

Valid Malaysian passport and willingness to travel internationally.
Valid driving licence with confident and safe driving skills.
Familiarity with vehicle functions, intelligent systems, and automotive technology.
Basic computer skills; knowledge of Android ADB commands and OTA updates is an advantage.
Basic Chinese communication skills for daily communication and work coordination.
Basic English communication skills.
Hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Able to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
Diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates without ADB or OTA experience are welcome if they demonstrate strong learning ability and a positive attitude.
