Qualifications:
- The Vendor Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end acquisition & onboarding process for new vendors. This role requires strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and e iciest onboarding experience. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including procurement, operations, and finance, to support vendor integration and maintain high standards of vendor performance.
- Vendor Acquisition: Work with the marketing and performance teams to deliver vendor acquisition campaigns, ensuring to recruit enough vendors to meet company targets
- Vendor Onboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process for new vendors, including documentation, system setup, training and product listing creation. Ensure vendors have a shipping method setup either self-fulfillment or through company shipping
- Vendor Activation: Ensure vendors are e actively activated once onboarded by receiving their first order
- Contract negotiation: Own contract negotiation with vendors, negotiate commercial terms to achieve revenue and margin targets, while ensuring brands comply to our operational policies
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with new vendors to ensure a positive onboarding experience and foster long-term partnerships
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the onboarding process for greater e iciency and e activeness. Own vendor lifetime value and propose di errant initiatives to improve lifetime value like improving month on month retention of improving average order value
- Compliance: Ensure all vendors meet company standards and compliance requirements during the onboarding process
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to new vendors on company systems, processes, and expectation to cut down time to first order
- Coordination:

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor onboarding activities and documentation
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on vendor onboarding status and performance to senior management

- Team productivity: Revenue per employee
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in vendor management, onboarding, or a related role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft O ice Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with vendor management systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work e actively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Certification in supply chain management or related fields
