Job Description:
- Manage and monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, identify performance gaps and drive improvement actions with vendors.
- Analyze vendor performance trends and root causes of underperformance, and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve performance.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, track agreed corrective actions, and escalate persistent performance issues when required.
- Provide vendor performance insights and recommendations to support vendor allocation, capacity and commercial decisions.
- Continuously improve vendor performance management processes, SOPs and reporting to enhance performance visibility and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, vendor management or related fields fresh graduates with strong analytical capability are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working with both internal teams and external vendors.
- Good proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Results-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
