Lead banking business operations and infomamation system audit engagement, to build and effectively manage stakeholder and regulatory relationships as well as take ownership and responsibility for local governance related matters.
Identify key trends in emerging risk and regulatory development areas with impact to the business and overall by applying deep and broad business acumen in all products, support functions, regulatory related matters.
Conduct audit risk assessment and methodology, continuous development and maintaining of the internal audit framework, and contribution to the audit plan.
Carry out practices in accordance with Audit Charter and internal audit policies, the Global Internal Audit Standards and parent bank's requirements.
Manage parent bank reporting and communications effectively.
Represent Internal Audit in various meeting and provide value add feedback and/or deliberation on relevant issues.
As a team leader fully responsible to deliver the expected audit outcome and quality report, to coach and supervise team member, provide timely feedback on deliverable of the project, review work paper, audit observation.
As a team member to support team leader in delivering quality audit work program in accordance with term of reference, audit planning document and audit testing methodology.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Banking. Relevant professional certification in internal auditing, technology audit or cybersecurity audit would be an advantage.
Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience in internal audit or independent assurance.
Sound knowledge and applications of BNM regulations.
Ability to build and effectively manage local management and parent bank relationships as well as take ownership and responsibility for local governance matter.
