- Work closely with Head of Department to ensure that overall marketing, partnerships strategy and execution are meeting expected targets on a monthly basis.
- Marketing and Partnership team to build and leverage strong working relationships with key stakeholders for both internal and external sales/BD teams, data analytics, digital enablement & operational excellence and product team to drive successful initiatives aimed at securing new clients.
- Contribute and create marketing strategies including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, digital marketing, promotions, community relations, special events, sponsorships, and business relations.
- Works with leadership team to develop strategic vision and oversee execution of Digital SME marketing campaigns that meets established branding, preference and volume goals for BCA and SME Financing.
- Identifies and analyses proposals from potential partnerships and collaboration prospects across all channels except non-target lending list.
- Proactively makes recommendations and brings innovative solutions to the development of appropriate marketing strategies to drive Digital SME BCA and Loan growth.
- Manages and monitors market activities of different projects/analysis of case studies related to SME businesses and financing, including benchmarking competitors and potential partners.
- Ensure execution in following protocols, work within a budget, to create and implement business analysis and ROI reporting related to marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Ensure that the department has submitted and participated in international and national awards to elevate the brand and customer experience as required on a yearly basis.
- Lead and manage a team if assigned as needed to ensure completion of tasks and execution of campaign and projects.

Experience
10 years in Digital Marketing related experience (Agency experience is a bonus)
Have experience launching strategic projects and campaigns as required
