About The Job

• Academic Leadership & Curriculum Implementation.
• Operational & School Management.
• Oversee student welfare, pastoral systems, and social-emotional learning initiatives tailored to a diverse, multicultural student body.
• Serve as a primary bridge between the school administration and parents, addressing concerns and holding regular briefings.
• Collaborate on the annual school improvement plan (SIP), policy reviews, and long-term visioning.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• A Master's degree (M.Ed. or Educational Leadership) paired with teaching/leadership credentials in international frameworks (e.g., IB, Cambridge, or American standards).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internationals school, preferably prior experience in school operation.
• Exceptional cross-cultural intelligence and strong written/verbal communication skills.
