Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant work experience; Chinese speakers are preferred, followed by fluency in English communication.
Possess both strong storytelling creativity and traffic mindsetable to craft compelling narratives while understanding viral logic and user psychology on platforms like TikTok.
Excellent sense of narrative pacing, proficient in techniques such as the golden 3 seconds, plot twists, and suspense; solid copywriting skills. Experience as a director/writer in an MCN agency is a plus.
Familiar with TikTok trends and platform rules, with a proven track record of creating hit content on TikTok.
Data-sensitive, quick learner, resilient under pressure, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity content production environment.
Experienced in the short video production process, capable of guiding filming and post-production, with strong on-site execution and teamwork skills.
