In 2024, we expanded into DIRI Productions, our in-house creative arm focused on producing cinematic videos, corporate storytelling, and branded content for external clientsleveraging the same high production standards and narrative-driven approach that define our learning platform.

About the Role:

We're looking for a Junior Online Editor to take over the day-to-day grading, exporting, and post workflows. You'll be part of the engine behind our cinematic learning/ social content, working with our creative and post-production teams to bring stories to life across client jobs, internal productions, and platform originals.

Perfect for someone junior with grit, who's already familiar with or is eager to learn DaVinci Resolve and be mentored into a post-production powerhouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Colour Grade content across client and internal projects
  • Manage subtitles across projects
  • Maintain file structure, exports, and post-production SOPs
  • Collaborate closely with content and post teams
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues (with advisory help)
  • Continuously improve turnaround speed and visual consistency

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of video editing and colour grading (DaVinci Resolve Preferred)
  • Eagerness to learn new platforms (training provided)
  • Detail-oriented and fast learner
  • Good time management and communication

Bonus Points:

  • Some knowledge of file management tools (Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Has edited long form and short form content before
  • Understands LUTs and colour grading principles
  • Understand video codecs and picture profiles from camera manufacturers.
  • Understands conforming methods between different editing software.
